Life Coaching
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a technique for clearing a path between where you are and where you want to go. Because everything in life is a choice, Life Coaching focuses on change via that choice. Unlike traditional therapy, which may continue for extended periods, the usual length of a round of Coaching is typically from three to six months of weekly scheduled visits. Currently, we offer Life Coaching sessions in the following forms:
- In-person (Limited Area)
- via Telephone
- Skype™ Voice/Video Calling

eCoaching
When you have a single question that can be handled via eMail exchange, we call this eCoaching.
eCoaching is a single e-mail exchange on any subject you may wish. Please make sure to send as much information and detail so as to get the maximum help from this.

Reiki Session
As a simple laying on of hands healing technique, Reiki is an ancient form of healing for stress reduction, relaxation and the promotion of health and healing. The name is made up of two Japanese words; Rei - "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
This Reiki energy is the same referred to in the Vedas as "prana", China's "chi", as well as "Sekhem" from Egypt's ancient past. Being a form of divine energy, it is neither toxic or capable of causing harm to either the practitioner or the patient as the divine only releases the forms and amounts that are needed.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats both the physical as well as the Astral (energy) bodies. As well as helping with physical ailments, Reiki aids in the non-spiritual causes of many conditions by healing the Aura where many problems manifest from.
Reiki has also been reported to aid in the effectiveness of more traditional Western medications as well as aiding in the healing after surgery -- because of these, we recommend that you inform your physician when receiving Reiki treatments so they can monitor your condition as well as medications.
Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
Spiritual Teaching
Where the focus of Life Coaching is the goals and ambitions of our day-to-day lives, Spiritual Teaching is more an ongoing learning process that is available as individual mentoring and/or a group learning experience.
In some cases Spiritual Teaching can be Healing for the scars and illnesses we pick up in life. In getting past our Spiritual scars we can return to a state of wholeness.
